STEINBAUER have developed a power enhancement for the Ford Transit 2.0 TDCI Euro 6.

The tuning method used on this injection system on the Ford Transit 2.0 TDCI Euro 6 has a worldwide patent for extending Piezo injection duration by additional hardware.

Power increase from 103 bhp to 123 bhp

Torque increase from 266 lb/ft to 319 lb/ft

Power increase from 129 bhp to 154 bhp

Torque increase from 284 lb/ft to 341 lb/ft

Power increase from 168bhp to 201bhp

Torque increase from 295lb/ft to 354 lb/ft

The desired performance enhancement is achieved by changing the injection duration, the same way the system was originally designed to operate. This also allows precise fuel control throughout the full rpm range of the engine. Injection duration is achieved by adding pulse width to a signal, (i.e. at end of injection). This is not changing timing—that’s best left to the factory ECU. The module also does not interfere with common rail pressure - making it the best choice for your engine.
